El espectador - participante tiene una visión de si mismo reflejada en un espejo, mediatizada por una cámara de video y reflejada en 16 monitores. La utilización de la cámara como espejo ad infinitum posibilita una captación de nuestra imágen interactuando con el espacio circundante generada por un espejo electrónico. Un útero de monitores nos devuelve la imágen de nuestra imágen. Una reflexión de dos niveles de virtualidad: el espejo y la cámara.



VIDEOGRAPHIC EGO CHAIR

It is a close-circuit color video Instalation in which the participant has a vision of himself/herself sitting in a chair made up of monitors in a video screen that functions as an electronic mirror.


It is made of 16 twenty-inch monitors in a structure, a color video camera and a video screen in back projecting. The Videographic Ego Chair proposes to meditate on virtuality levels using our own image. The circuit proposes to face an electronic mirror and also to seat down and meditate surrounded by our image to infinite.

In the videographic Ego chair the participant has a vision of himself/herself reflected in an electronic mirror by means of a video camera. He/she is sitting in a chair made of 16 monitors.


The use of a camera as an ad infinitum mirror will made it posible to capture our image interacting with the surrounding space generated by an electronic mirror.


A womb of monitors gives us back the image of our own image. A meditation on the levels of virtuality.
